### Individual Executive Coaching: $3.5K / month

One-to-one coaching for 1 CISO or CCO: 1 session of 90 minutes each month, a personal development plan set in month one, and a progress assessment every quarter.

Limits: participants 1, sessions 1

Includes:
- 1 coaching session per month (90 minutes)
- Personal development plan
- Quarterly progress assessment
- Training materials

Excludes:
- Weekly sessions
- Coach contact between sessions
- Coaching of direct reports or the wider team
- Preparation support for specific board meetings

### Intensive Executive Development: $7.5K / month

One-to-one coaching for 1 executive: 4 sessions of 60 minutes each month (weekly), message access to the coach between sessions, preparation support for board and executive presentations, and a monthly progress review.

Limits: participants 1, sessions 4

Includes:
- 4 coaching sessions per month (weekly)
- Coach contact between sessions
- Board and executive presentation preparation
- Monthly progress review
- Access to an industry mentor

Excludes:
- Coaching for more than one person
- Team workshops
- Technical security training

### Group Executive Program: $12K / month

Group coaching for leadership teams

Limits: participants 8, sessions 4

Excludes:
- Weekly one-to-one sessions for each participant
- Coaching for more than 8 people
- Technical security training
