What happens to what I paste or upload?
It's used to produce your report. Inputs are cleared 30 days after the run; signed-in reports stay in your portal.
Is this legal advice?
No. It's a practitioner-grade read for the buyer or seller, labelled AI-generated. For a practitioner's sign-off, order an expert review from the finished report; for legal advice, your counsel.
What if it fails?
You're refunded automatically: credits back to your wallet, or the card payment in full.
