Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using cisomarketplace.services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, members, and customers.

The Platform is operated by QSai, LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). These Terms were last updated on January 1, 2026.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Accounts & Memberships

Certain features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@cisomarketplace.services if you suspect unauthorized access.

Membership tiers (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) are subject to the pricing and feature terms displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify tier features with 30 days notice.

Purchases & Payments

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details on refunds and cancellations.

AI Tools & Services

The Platform provides access to AI-powered tools using models from Anthropic and OpenAI. Your use of these tools is subject to both these Terms and the respective AI providers' terms of service. Outputs are provided as-is and do not constitute professional legal, compliance, or security advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces, and compiled resources — is the property of QSai, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Content you submit to the Platform (proposals, questionnaire responses, form inputs) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process and store it to deliver our services.

Partner & Affiliate Content

The Platform includes content from and links to partner properties within the CISO Marketplace ecosystem. Partner content is governed by each partner's own terms. We are not responsible for partner sites or services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Platform or its users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSai, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
