By accessing cisomarketplace.services or any property within the CISO Marketplace ecosystem, you agree to these Terms of Use. These terms govern your general use of the platform as a visitor or registered user, separate from any contractual or service-specific agreements (see our Terms and Conditions for commercial terms).

These Terms of Use are maintained by QSai, LLC, effective April 14, 2026.

Permitted Use

You may use this platform to:

• Register for an account and access features appropriate to your membership tier
• Submit inquiries, request quotes, schedule consultations, and engage services
• Use AI-powered tools within the platform for legitimate business purposes

Prohibited Use

You may not use this platform to:

• Conduct unauthorized security testing, scanning, or probing of our systems
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users
• Upload malicious code, malware, or content designed to disrupt platform operation
• Harvest user data, email addresses, or content via automated means without consent
• Post, transmit, or distribute illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
• Use AI tools on the platform to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Circumvent access controls, authentication, or subscription enforcement

Content Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date. However, cybersecurity is a rapidly evolving field. Content — including threat intelligence, compliance guidance, and tool recommendations — reflects conditions at the time of publication and may not reflect the current state of the threat landscape or regulatory environment.

User-Submitted Content

When you submit content through forms, assessments, or AI tools, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your content. By submitting, you grant QSai, LLC a limited license to process and store it solely to deliver the requested service.

Platform Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, security incidents, or third-party service outages may cause temporary disruption. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability.

The platform links to partner properties within the CISO Marketplace ecosystem and external third-party sites. These links are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of external sites.

Modifications

Enforcement

Violation of these Terms of Use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, removal of content, and — where appropriate — referral to law enforcement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by United States law. Disputes shall be resolved as described in our Terms and Conditions.
