03 Program pillar
PTaaS
Continuous testing that proves the hole actually closed.
The problem
A pentest is a photograph. Your attack surface is a movie.
A point-in-time pentest tells you about the day it ran. By the time the PDF lands, the code has changed and the report is stale — and it never told you whether the holes it found ever got closed. Testing has to be continuous, and it has to prove remediation, or it's theater.
In 2026 the market split on one question: is the target internet-facing? This arm uses the right tool for each surface and unifies the results into one risk register.
What it does
Two surfaces, two models, one register.
External — brokered SaaS
For internet-facing web apps and APIs, we wire in a hosted autonomous engine that drops validated findings straight into your SIEM. Live in days, auditor-ready, minimal footprint.
Internal — self-hosted runners
For internal segments, PCI enclaves, and branches — where no SaaS can reach — we deploy sandboxed runners per segment over zero-trust tunnels. Attack stays local; only control and results travel.
Both are authorized, scoped, and human-gated — written authorization and rules of engagement, reviewed by counsel, before anything runs. Autonomous never means unattended.
Coverage areas
Cloud and AI — tested, not assumed.
Cloud attack surface
External and internal testing of your cloud footprint — exposed services, misconfiguration exploitation paths, and segment reachability — validated against real attacker behavior, not just inventoried. The posture/scanning side lives in DevSecOps.
Securing your AI (offensive)
Adversarial testing of your AI surfaces — prompt injection, jailbreaks, and model/agent abuse paths. The offensive mirror of the DevSecOps build-time controls, so the AI you ship is attacked before someone else attacks it.
The difference
We don't just find the hole. The SOC catches the attack, a human contains it, the runner re-tests the exact vector, and the brain confirms the fix held.
That detect-verify loop is the thing a standalone pentest and a standalone scanner structurally cannot do — because offense and defense feed the same brain.
Honest limits
What it is and isn't.
Honest limit
Two RoE levels, kept separate
Productized validation is discovery-only, no exploitation. Internal offensive testing is a separate, attorney-reviewed, opt-in scope. We never blur them.
Honest limit
Autonomous, not unattended
Every credible source in 2026 stresses real-time human review. Recon and known-vuln discovery are automated; complex logic flaws get a human.
Honest limit
Air-gaps are an honest constraint
Truly isolated segments run an offline runner with out-of-band results — we name that limit rather than pretend around it.
Honest limit
Vendor-neutral brokering
We take no margin on the SaaS engine — so "keep your existing tools" is a credible recommendation, not a sales pitch.

Services in this pillar
Each can be scoped on its own, before or without the full program.
Red Team Subscription
A standing offensive testing program in place of a once-a-year engagement. Each month our team runs a targeted assessment against an agreed part of your environment; each quarter a scenario-based attack tests how well your people and tooling detect and respond. The Premium tier adds two full red team engagements a year. Findings from every cycle feed one running improvement plan, so each round also checks whether the last round's fixes held. Targets, rules of engagement and testing windows are agreed at kickoff.
AI & Agentic Red Team
Offensive testing of LLMs and AI agents — prompt injection, jailbreaks, tool misuse, agent goal hijack, memory/context poisoning, model extraction, and agent identity abuse. Mapped to OWASP Top 10 for Agentic Applications, OWASP LLM Top 10, and MITRE ATLAS.
AI/ML Security Assessment
Expert evaluation of artificial intelligence and machine learning systems security, from model development to deployment. Our assessment identifies vulnerabilities in AI/ML infrastructure, examines risks of data poisoning, adversarial attacks, and model manipulation while providing guidance for securing these advanced technologies.
Purple Team Assessment Program
Collaborative security assessment combining red team attacks with blue team defense to improve detection and response capabilities in real-time.
SMB Security Complete
Full-spectrum security assessment covering all critical attack surfaces for established SMBs.
Social Engineering Campaign Assessment
Comprehensive social engineering assessment including phishing campaigns, vishing attacks, physical security testing, and employee awareness evaluation.
Wireless Infrastructure Attack Assessment
Advanced wireless security testing including WiFi, Bluetooth, RF, and cellular network attack simulation and vulnerability assessment.
Critical Infrastructure Protection Program
Comprehensive security program for critical infrastructure protection, including water systems, emergency services, and essential facility security.
Dark Web & Credential Exposure Monitoring
Stolen credentials and infostealer logs are the most common way in. We monitor breach corpuses, infostealer markets, paste sites and criminal forums for your domains, executives and key vendors, validate what we find, and tell you what to reset and why — analyst-reviewed alerts rather than a raw feed.
Domain Profiler (OSINT) External
Domain Profiler (OSINT) - External is a tool that provides a comprehensive footprint analysis of your domain, identifying exposed data and vulnerabilities across multiple public sources.
Healthcare & University OSINT Assessment
Sector-specific OSINT assessment focused on healthcare institutions and universities, providing exposure analysis and external threat mapping.
Mergers & Acquisitions OSINT Pre-Assessment
Provides critical pre-acquisition intelligence by assessing a target organizations public exposure, risks, and external footprint before finalizing M&A deals.
Name Your Price: OSINT Assessment
Custom OSINT assessment service where clients can define their needs and budget, allowing for a flexible and tailored open-source intelligence project.
Retail OSINT Assessment
Security threat landscape analysis designed for retail organizations, identifying public exposure, risks, and digital vulnerabilities.
Physical Security Assessment: SSAE 16/18
In an era where cybersecurity threats dominate headlines, physical security remains a cornerstone of comprehensive risk management. This assessment evaluates physical access controls, surveillance, and response capabilities following SSAE 16/18 standards.
Physical Social Engineering Assessment
A Physical Social Engineering Assessment evaluates the vulnerability of your staff and physical premises to social engineering tactics, combining physical penetration testing and employee response assessments.
Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) Program
A packaged CTEM program: continuous attack-surface discovery, threat-led validation (incl. pen test/red team), exposure prioritization, and measurable remediation — replacing point-in-time vuln scanning.
Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS) Subscription
An annual subscription that replaces the once-a-year pentest: a baseline test, then testing of new features and releases through the year, unlimited retests, findings delivered into your ticketing system and a standing attestation letter that is always current. It is the recurring form of the Penetration Testing service and the delivery model behind the PTaaS pillar of the program.
Executive & Family Digital Protection Subscription
Executives, founders and high-net-worth families are targeted through their personal lives, not the corporate network. This per-person annual subscription removes them from data brokers and people-search sites and keeps them removed, monitors the dark web and social platforms for exposure and impersonation, hardens personal devices and accounts, and gives the family a named specialist to call. It is the continuous form of the one-time executive OSINT and VIP assessments.
Executive Management OSINT Risk Assessment
Detailed Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) assessment for executive teams and business leaders, identifying and analyzing public digital footprints and potential security risks.
Compliance Penetration Test
Startups and smaller companies often need a real penetration test for an audit or a customer contract, not a multi-week offensive campaign. This is a fixed-scope, human-led test of one application or external perimeter with a report auditors accept, a retest of fixed findings and an attestation letter — the entry point to the Penetration Testing and Red Team services.
